Wednesday Roster
SPACE PERMITTING, students registered in the Wednesday series (minimum 4 Classes) may attend the Tuesday or the Thursday class to make up a missed Wednesday class (within the next two classes of the missed class) OR for a drop-in fee of $15 per class.

All classes will be primarily Asana classes but may occasionally include some Pranayama.

ALL DATES: shown on this page are regarded as tentative. If you have registered for the series you will be notified when a change happens. If you are not registered please check before coming to the class. Additional dates are also shown in the calendar at Calendar.htm; these additional dates are also subject to revision.

FEES:

Please do NOT contact BIJA YOGA STUDIO for registration.

  • Series Rate: When prepaying for four or more classes in a series - $20 per class.

  • Series Rate: Three or less classes in a series - $30 per class. If combined with payment for the next series - $20 per class.

  • Drop-in Rate: $30 per class. For family members of students registered in a series - $20 per class.

  • MAKE UP POLICY: I am attempting to respond to requests by many of my long time students to develope a more penetrating approach to yoga by including aspects of yoga view of anatomy, physiology, and philosophy. This means that when a student misses a class it adds to my work of creating a cohesive continuity. Therefore:

  • There will be NO make up or refund for classes missed because you forgot to come to the class or you had too much other work piled up or you were too tired because you were up partying or such unacceptable reasons.

  • To claim a credit when you are on vacation you must let me know at least one month in advance.

  • To claim a credit because of job situation (as for a nurse) you must let me know as soon as your job schedule permits.

  • To claim a credit for illness or last minute family emergency you must request a credit immediately you are able to do so. Request made more than a week later will not be honored.

  • No other credit will be given for missed classes.

  • Scholarship: If on-going students have difficulty paying the fees please refer to www.yogirama.com/scholarship.html. This scholarship is not available to new students.

    With your payment please include:

    a. The Number of the series you are registering for.
    b. The dates if registering for only a part of the series.
    c. Your address, phone and e-mail.

    Please let me know by e-mail when you mail a check. I will acknowledged your payment as soon as I receive it; this may be delayed when I am out of town as per my workshop schedule. I will then add your name to my roster on a first come basis and will inform you that you are registered. You can view the roster by clicking the appropriate link at Bay Area Classes

    INSTRUCTION: I follow the recommendations of my teachers. I however do not teach therapeutic yoga; please consult your physicians to determine if yoga is suitable for your physical and emotional health.
